STRESS

Busy often means grab-and-go we know messes with digestion, skin, weight, sleep. Less sleep and more quick food lead to worse digestion, poor immunity and sensitivities. Plus a stressed 10 or 15 pounds either up or down, which adds to the stress.

Little health problems get more noticeable, and though each one isn’t so bad, they add up.
